Discovery & Roadmap
We review your systems and how clean your data is, talk to key staff, and hand you a written plan with phases, priorities, and a timeline.
We connect your email, documents, CRM, and industry systems into one private assistant. It runs in your own servers or your own AWS account. Your data is never stored on our systems.
The contract is in email. The terms are in a PDF. The customer history is in the CRM. The numbers are in a spreadsheet someone saved twice.
We bring it together inside your own walls, so one question can reach all of it.
Select a step to see what happens and what it means for you.
Connectors pull from the systems you already use: email, Microsoft 365 or Google Drive, SharePoint, your CRM, your industry system, PDFs, scanned documents, and spreadsheets. They respect the permissions you already have.
A model bills by the amount of text it reads. Sending whole documents means reading everything. Retrieval finds the few relevant passages first, so far fewer tokens go in, and fewer are billed.
Illustrative only. Bar lengths show the idea, not measured results. Real savings depend on your documents and questions.
Six services. Most projects start with a Discovery & Roadmap or a workshop, and grow from there.
We review your systems and how clean your data is, talk to key staff, and hand you a written plan with phases, priorities, and a timeline.
An assistant connected to your email, documents, and CRM, deployed in your environment. Built phase by phase from the roadmap.
We clean, dedupe, classify, and merge messy sources into one source of truth, so every system and every answer agrees. Often the biggest part of the work.
We find slow manual processes, redesign them, and connect your systems so they run on their own.
Updates, monitoring, new connectors, and user help after go-live.
Hands-on training for your team. A good first step if people use ChatGPT today but not well.
You pay your own cloud and model-usage costs directly to the provider. We never mark them up or hold your infrastructure.
Pick an industry. Watch a question get asked and answered, with citations back to the source.
Each page shows what private AI could do in an office like yours. Sample data, real mechanics.
Search every matter by term and by meaning. Privileged files stay in-house.
Faxes filed, prior-auth packets assembled, messages sorted. Needs a signed BAA.
Calls and texts become a daily team report and a sentiment trend.
Deal-jacket review, contracts in transit, and DMS and CRM cleanup.
Client reports drafted, assets searchable, proposals started from past work.
Meeting-prep packs, document tracking, and archive search with retention context.
Everything runs inside an environment you own: your servers or your own AWS account. I work from outside that boundary.
Systems are designed to support your duties under HIPAA, the FTC Safeguards Rule, and ABA Formal Opinion 512. Your own counsel and compliance staff decide what your rules require.
From first call to a system your team uses every day. Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.
Your goals, your systems, and where the time goes. No pitch deck.
We review your systems and data quality, interview key staff, and write an implementation plan with phases, priorities, and a timeline.
We build what the roadmap lays out: assistant, data cleanup, integrations, automations.
Updates, monitoring, new connectors, and user help after go-live.
You pay your own cloud and model-usage costs directly to AWS or your provider. We never mark them up or hold your infrastructure.
Briefs, assets, and client threads live everywhere. Your team uses ChatGPT, but it doesn't know your clients.
Sales, service, and F&I data sit in separate systems. Dealers that finance or lease fall under the FTC Safeguards Rule.
Privileged files can't go to a public tool. ABA Formal Opinion 512 sets the bar for lawyers' use of AI.
Client records and compliance reporting take hours. The FTC Safeguards Rule applies, and SEC or FINRA rules may too.
Charts, payer portals, and paperwork never line up. HIPAA applies, and a BAA is required.
Property management, construction and trades, logistics. Same problem: answers spread across inboxes and spreadsheets.
Your choice, and never stored with us. Most firms run it in their own cloud account (for example AWS) or on a server in their office. Teams that want the fastest start can use a business AI subscription that we set up and lock down properly. Either way, your data is not stored on our systems. A temporary working copy is made only if your project plan allows it, and it is deleted after the task ends, on the schedule in that plan. When we use AI coding tools to build connectors, they never see your live data. Compare the three options →
It depends on where you run it. In your own cloud, we use models served from your account (for example through AWS Bedrock), which AWS says are not used to train base models. On-site, open-weight models can run on your own hardware with nothing leaving the building. On a subscription, we pick a business plan whose terms exclude training on your data. We choose the model per task and can swap it later.
You pay your cloud and model usage directly to the provider, with no markup from us. Only the relevant passages go to the model, which keeps each question light. Your roadmap covers the running costs for your setup.
A review of your systems and the quality of your data, interviews with key staff, and a search for the weak points AI can fix. You get a written implementation plan: the phases, what each one delivers, and a timeline.
Yes. We connect to Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Gmail, and Google Drive, plus CRMs and industry systems. Existing permissions carry over. We confirm each connector during Discovery & Roadmap.
It depends on how many systems you have and how clean your data is. Messy data is where most of the time goes. On one enterprise rollout, cleanup alone was the biggest part of the work. Your roadmap lays out a timeline before anything starts.
That's fine. Public chat tools don't know your files, and pasting client data into them is the risk. A private assistant answers from your own data. A workshop can also help your team get more from the tools they already use.
